Neptune Land acts as Development Manager on large sites on behalf of Institutional Investors.
Our most recent completion is ealingcross, a 135,000 sq ft speculative office development in the centre of Ealing.
Other sites that we have advised on are:
Western Way, Romford; a 2 acre town centre mixed use redevelopment scheme with an end value estimated at £70 million
Laindon Shopping Centre: a comprehensive phased redevelopment of a suburban London retail and employment scheme. Planning applicaiton imminent.
