Neptune Land is a development and investment company focussing on commercial property, principally in London and the South-east.
Neptune Land was established in 2004 and has an executive team that has over a century of property experience. It is a private company and all the directors are shareholders.
Our aim is to assemble the best professional team for each project. Areas of expertise include the London office market, the South-East decentralised office market and South-eastern industrials. Neptune has an association with residential developer Colonnade, in the event that a mixed-use approach is required.

ealingcross is Standard Life Investment Fund's first venture with Neptune Land, it is a 134,000 sq ft speculative office building on Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
Completion due Q2 2009.
HBG has been appointed as main contractor working with Trehearne and Partners, Architects.
