Dunnhumby acquire space at ealingcrossFriday 19th of April 2013
Retail marketing group Dunnhumby is to lease 36,500 sq ft of office space from Standard Life Investment Funds (SLIF) at its Ealing Cross development, located at 78-79 Uxbridge Road. Neptune Land acquired the site and developed the building on behalf of SLIF. Other tenants at the building include A2Dominion, Toluna Group and Red Bee Media.

A major mixed use scheme by Notting Hill Housing Group
Neptune Land are acting as commercial partner for the employment uses within the scheme which is situated opposite City Airport in London's Docklands regeneration area. The scheme comprises over 800 residential units and 60,000 sq ft of mixed commercial uses arranged around around an historic dock. The commercial units have been designed to appeal to local businesses, and those related to the existing dockside commercial and educational community.

Neptune Land acquired Fulcrum House, Killick Street as part of a new Kings Cross area initiative.
The 40,000 sq ft office building in Kings Cross was acquired on behalf of a major charity dealing with the provision of affordable housing, for their own occupation. Further properties in the Kings Cross area are sought as part of this initiative.

The company took a lease of the first floor of ealingcross, a total area of 17,213 sq ft for a term of 10 years. A2 Dominion are one of the principal providers of affordable housing in West London.
